Arrival in Arusha
Arrive in Arusha and meet your safari representative. Transfer to your hotel for check-in, relaxation and a safari briefing.

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for your first game drive. Set beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park features forests, wetlands and open plains supporting elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, hippos and abundant birdlife.

Lake Manyara to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, continue to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy an afternoon game drive through landscapes dominated by ancient baobab trees and seasonal wildlife concentrations, with excellent opportunities to encounter elephants and other plains wildlife.

Tarangire to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Enjoy a morning game drive in Tarangire before continuing toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. The route offers beautiful scenery as you travel from the dry Tarangire landscape into the cooler highlands.

Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti
Start with an early descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Explore the crater floor, home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife, before ascending and continuing toward Serengeti National Park.

Full-Day Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti. Your safari guide will follow current wildlife movements to maximise game viewing. Depending on the season and location, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebra, alongside lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes and buffalo.

Serengeti to Arusha
Enjoy an early morning game drive before beginning the journey back to Arusha. The final drive provides one more opportunity to experience the scenery and wildlife of Northern Tanzania.

A safari price that fits everyone fits nobody. Two people in a premium camp in August and a family of four in a mid-range lodge in April are different trips at different costs, on the same itinerary. Rather than publish a figure that would be wrong for most people reading it, we price each trip properly.
